We all struggle sometimes, we all deserve support

Seeking support isn’t a sign of weakness, it's actually a strength

We’re here to remove common barriers like high cost, waiting lists, GP referrals or uncertainty about whether your struggles are serious enough.

Your journey starts with a safe, supportive, therapeutic Initial Consultation with a Senior Counsellor, where you can talk through your challenges, explore whether counselling is right for you and, if it is, arrange your ongoing, affordable 1-2-1 weekly sessions.

Find out how it works and what it costs below.

How it works

Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and we’re here to make the process as clear and supportive as possible.

Affordable counselling for all

We want our counselling services to be accessible to everyone.

Whilst private therapy typically costs £60–£110 per session, as a charity we simply ask for donations to help cover our costs.

  • Initial consultation: Minimum contribution of £35

  • Ongoing counselling sessions: Contributions will be agreed during your initial consultation based on what’s manageable for you. Where possible, we ask clients to contribute a minimum of £35 per session.

If you are on low income or receiving benefits, you can chat to us about making donations based on what you can afford.

  • "My relationships with family and friends have also become more meaningful"

  • "Life has completely changed inside my head. I feel more at ease and can manage my thoughts a lot better."
