We have a supportive, professional team here to help

Our counselling team

We understand that it is not always easy to talk about problems, but our counsellors are trained to listen and to help you explore your feelings without judgement. After your initial therapeutic consultation with one of our Senior Counsellors you will be matched with a counsellor best suited to your individual needs.

All our counsellors are either fully qualified or at least two years into their training, and they have all gained their Certificate to Practise and are members of the BACP and UKCP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and the UK Council for Psychotherapy).
