A non-judgmental and safe space

What is counselling?

Counselling is where a trained professional provides a safe, confidential, non-judgmental space to explore difficult feelings, problems, and life events, helping you gain clarity and find your own solutions rather than giving direct advice.

Sessions are typically regular, focused on your experiences, and can be face-to-face or online

We help clients facing a range of challenges including: depression, anxiety, bereavement, anger, stress, abuse, loss, phobias, post-traumatic stress, relationships, self-esteem, trauma, work or career-related issues, and issues around food.

We don’t offer couples counselling or therapy for under-18s.
