We’re here to remove common barriers like cost, waiting lists, GP referrals or uncertainty about whether your struggles are serious enough.

Your journey starts with a safe, supportive therapeutic consultation with a Senior Counsellor, where you can talk through your challenges explore whether counselling is right for you, and, if it is, arrange your ongoing, affordable 1-2-1 weekly sessions.

Initial Consultation

Your journey begins with a one-to-one therapeutic consultation with one of our Senior Counsellors, either online or in person in Walton-on-Thames.

Ongoing weekly sessions

After your Initial Consultation, we’ll carefully match you with one of our counsellors best suited to your needs. We’ll then arrange 50- minute weekly sessions, online or in person, at a time that suits you.

Up to 52  weeks

Every journey is unique.
Your counselling will start with 6 sessions, with the option to continue for up to 52 sessions.

I can’t afford counselling?

We want our counselling services to be accessible to everyone.

Whilst private therapy typically costs £60–£110 per session, as a Charity, we simply ask for donations to help cover our costs.

  • Initial Consultation: Minimum contribution of £35

  • Ongoing Counselling Sessions: Contributions will be agreed during your Initial Consultation based on what’s manageable for you. Where possible, we ask clients to contribute a minimum of £35 per session.

If you are on low income or receiving benefits, you can chat to us about making donations based on what you can afford.

I can’t afford counselling

We understand money can be a worry. We are committed to offering afforable weekly sessions and so kindly ask for a donation based on what's manageable for you.

I can’t come in the day

Life is busy. That’s why we offer daytime and evening sessions, both in-person and online, so support can fit around your life.

Is it just for 6 weeks?

Everyone’s journey is different, that's why we offer short and long term support - not limited to 6 weeks.

I’m fine

Evreryone struggles sometimes. You don't have to of hit rock bottom to ask for help with your mental health and well-being.

I’ll have to wait a long time

We know it’s hard to reach out and then be told to wait. That’s why our waiting lists are short — help is available sooner than you might expect.
